KOBE make CO2 gas compressor cylinder liner in cast iron, an import substitute. Complete casting mechanical/MP tested and radiography for defect free manufacturing and machining done within acceptable tolerance protocol. ID of the liner is honed to improve the performance.

Drawing shall be made by vendors in the plant and to be approved by our engineer following test / Certificates required chemical analysis report for MOC confirm to ASTM A-278 Class 40 physical properties hardness, tensile strength and micro structure gamma radiography on straight area and rest UFT four any casting defects no repair work is acceptable without permission from SFC third party inspection from M/s. Lloyds or DNV only for any casting defects.
